This project began with recreating multiple iconic Formula 1 cars at 1:40 scale. Naturally, a car needs its track, so I began to recreate a section of Monaco’s race track and harbor at the scale of a LEGO minifigure. With limited photos from the event, I resorted to a blurry old broadcast to get specific references of the Nouvelle Chicane and piece together how it appeared on May 15, 1988.
